She was daughter of Dorcas (#1330) and sister of Pero (#498).

Major Thomas Conkling died November 12, 1789. Hannah Conkline [Conkling] was enumerated in the 1790 federal census at Southold as head of a household including four enslaved people. Hannah married Reverend Benjamin Goldsmith in 1793.
